Culture Transformation Case Study: Ve Global
Up Rising worked with Ve Global to transform its working culture from the top down. Ve Global, a global leader in the digital revenue optimisation space, had experienced significant change and flux in the lead up to 2020. Their CEO engaged us to assess the culture, values and behaviours embedded in the organisation and create a culture transformation and leadership development programme that would enable the whole organisation to thrive.
Over the course of a year, we worked closely with senior leadership and engaging staff along the way, delivering over 120 group, peer and individual interventions.
We nurtured leadership skills, improved effective communication, supported Ve to design their new culture and provided coaching and training along the way to ensure that the new culture was backed up by lived values and behaviours.
Engagement scores increased from -66 to +29 (NPS as measured before and after the programme)
